During the Webinar, the SuitePad team will walk you through a short demo of the platform showcasing the passenger onboard experience, from booking shore excursions and spa treatments, to cabin upgrades, and shopping. You will also learn about key features and workflows, including: the fully configurable user interface; content management capabilities, with real-time update functionality; real-time analytics to better understand passenger behaviors and improve experiences; upselling options, and more.

The Webinar begins with a look at the passenger communication challenges facing cruise operators today Modern cruise ships operate as floating ecosystems serving thousands of passengers across multiple restaurants, shore excursions, entertainment venues, retail spaces, and daily schedule changes. Information must be multilingual, accurate in real time, easily accessible, and consistent across the entire vessel. Traditional printed programs, flyers, and manual updates are no longer sustainable at scale as passengers expect instant access, intuitive navigation, and the ability to plan their day independently.
As you will see, SuitePad addresses this challenge by centralizing onboard communication into one structured, real-time digital platform in every cabin. reducing operational friction while increasing passenger clarity and revenue visibility. Since going live in December 2025, Celestyal Journey has been operating with SuitePad tablets in all 630 cabins, providing valuable early insights into how this technology performs in real-life cruise conditions.

As you will see, following go-live, for Celestyal, installing the SuitePad in-Cabin platform meant that guests could easily discover what was happening onboard and ashore, without feeling overwhelmed or missing opportunities. Passengers began using the tablet as a natural part of their daily routine: checking the program in the morning, browsing excursions before arrival at the next destination, or exploring onboard services during quieter moments. Rather than replacing personal interaction, the tablet supported it, answering routine questions and allowing crew members to focus on more meaningful guest engagement. SuitePad also enables promotion of exclusive dining options, onboard services, and additional offerings that fall outside of all-inclusive packages.
